The 73rd Foundation Day of MBM Engineering College was celebrated with great enthusiasm on August 14, 2023, at the MBM University premises. The event was organized under the joint aegis of MBM University and the MBM Alumni Association.

The celebration commenced with the garlanding of the statue of Shri Magniram Ji Bangar, honoring his legacy. Prof. Sushil Bhandari, President of the MBM Engineering College Alumni Association, delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the importance of building a bright future by fostering unity among students, employees, and colleagues. 

Prof. Ajay Sharma, Vice Chancellor of MBM University, encouraged everyone to move forward with cooperation and urged all students to actively participate in the university’s endeavors. As part of the country’s Amrit Mahotsav of Independence celebrations, a quiz competition was organized by Prof. Akhil Ranjan Garg, Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering. The winners were awarded certificates by Vice Chancellor Prof. Ajay Sharma.

Honorary Secretary of the MBM Engineering College Alumni Association, Mr. Jai Singh Chaudhary, expressed his pride in celebrating the 73rd Foundation Day of MBM Engineering College, which was established a day before the oldest IIT in the country. He highlighted the college’s rich history and its significant contributions to engineering education.

The event saw a large turnout, with department heads, professors, students, and members of the Alumni Association attending in full force. The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks from Prof. Arvind Kumar Verma, Vice President of the Alumni Association, who expressed his gratitude to all participants and contributors.
