Data Entry Guidelines
  1. Alumni should select first degree obtained from MBM. Enter subsequent higher qualification details in Education Tab, on Member Profile Page.
  2. Alumni / Students should enter the 4 digit Batch Passing Year and not the Passing Year of an individual alumni
  3. Students must enter Batch Year, as expected Year of passing Final Year Examination.
  4. Last / First Name should be in Title Case. Include Middle Name, if any, in the First Name itself.
  5. Member User ID will be auto generated after inputting Last Name, First Name and other parameters.
  6. Please note down Member User ID, as it will be needed for Login
  7. Member User ID duplicity will be checked prior to form submission.If alert indicates, already registered, login with your email address and password.
  8. Applicant's Email and Mobile numbers duplicity will be checked, subsequent to form submission.
  9. In case of an already used Email Address or Mobile Number, new registration will not be permitted.
  10. Email verfication code is required to be entered before submitting the form
  11. Subsquent to registration, Member Profile (Tabbed) Page will open automatically, where the remaining details must be entered. Alumni / Students should fill details in all 5 tabs on Member Profile Page
Additional Information
  1. Members will be able to login through Member User ID or Email Address and Password.
  2. Members will not be able to change their Member User ID any time afterwards.
  3. Desirous alumni / student / doner should enter their membership contribution details in the Cotribution Entry Form (opened through link: EXPLORE->Members->Contribution Entry after login)
  4. Membership Fee Structure is available in Membership Tab in Home Page
  5. Desirous members should send an email to MBM Alumni Association Office regarding their registration and contribution particulars
  6. Membership will be approved only after receipt of Membership Fee in the Association Account and approval of Managing Committee.
  7. Members will be able to see full contents of web portal only after approval of membership.
