Engineer’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm on September 15, 2023, at the MBM Alumni Association premises. The event was organized under the joint aegis of the MBM Alumni Association, Rajasthan State Engineers Service Association, and Lions Club Shraddha Jodhpur.

The program commenced with the garlanding of the photos of Shri M. Vishweshwaraiah and Shri Magniram Ji Bangar, paying tribute to their contributions. The inauguration of the blood donation camp was a significant highlight, with Prof. S.S. Tak, former President of the MBM Engineering College Alumni Association, Shri Jai Singh Chaudhary, Honorary Secretary of the MBM Alumni Association, and Shri Neeraj Mathur, Chief Engineer of PHED Jodhpur, leading the proceedings.

In his address, Shri Jai Singh Chaudhary, Honorary Secretary of the MBM Engineering College Alumni Association, expressed his pride in celebrating Engineer’s Day. He highlighted the importance of this day for engineers and acknowledged the participation of engineers from various departments, including PHED, PWD, WRD, NRHM, and CPWD. Professors and students of MBM University also attended the event in large numbers and enthusiastically participated in the blood donation camp.

The camp witnessed a total of fifty-nine individuals, including six women, donating blood. The Mahatma Gandhi Hospital blood bank team played a crucial role in collecting the donated blood, making an invaluable contribution to the camp’s success.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks from Shri Jai Singh Chaudhary, who expressed his gratitude to all participants and contributors.

The celebration of Engineer’s Day at the MBM Alumni Association premises was a resounding success, reflecting the dedication and commitment of the engineering community in Jodhpur.
