MBM Alumni Association Announces 47th Annual General Meeting

The MBM Engineering College Alumni Association is set to hold its 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, July 28, 2024. The meeting will commence at 11:00 AM at the association’s office building, opposite Senapati Bhawan on V.G. Garde Marg, Ratanada, Jodhpur. Additionally, the meeting will be accessible through a virtual platform to accommodate all members.

The AGM will provide an opportunity for alumni to engage in important discussions and decisions concerning the association’s activities and future initiatives. The agenda includes the adoption of reports, accounts, and budgets, the appointment of auditors, and the launch of the newly revamped alumni association website.

  • Establishment of quorum and opening remarks
  • Prayer and obituary acknowledgements
  • Presidential remarks
  • Confirmation of minutes from the 46th AGM held on July 30, 2023
  • Adoption of the Honorary Secretary’s report
  • Consideration and approval of accounts for FY 2023-24
  • Appointment of auditors for FY 2024-25
  • Adoption of the budget for FY 2024-25
  • Consideration of constitutional amendments for the Alumni Association
  • Launch of the revamped alumni association website
  • Discussion of any other matters with the permission of the chair
